Refund policy
We hope you love your Saint Azule pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Once your return is approved, items must be received by us within 14 days (30 for international orders)
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be free from makeup, perfume, stains, or damage
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
- Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval
Returns Process
We want your Saint Azule experience to feel seamless. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below.
1. Request a Return
Email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@saintazule.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Approval
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
3. Send Your Item Back
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We do not cover or reimburse return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once approved, items must be received by us within 14 days (30 days for international orders). We highly recommend using a tracking service to guarantee its safe delivery to us.
4. Inspection
Once your item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions (unworn, unused, original tags attached, and in original condition).
5. Refund Processing
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@saintazule.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase. Once an order has been confirmed, it is immediately processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
