Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Locations
Saint Azule currently ships within Australia and to selected international destinations including United States, Selected Europe countries, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Asia, and New Zealand.
If your country is unavailable at checkout, we currently do not ship to your location.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times
Australia
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International
- Standard International: 3-14 business days
- Express International: 3–9 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, wether you live in metropolitan areas or not, weather conditions, or peak periods.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees once the parcel arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Saint Azule is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Saint Azule is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to the carrier. Saint Azule is not liable for shipping delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. While Saint Azule is unable to guarantee delivery timeframes after dispatch, we will always do our best to assist customers where possible.
